The formless awaits the snap—
one man would have lingered there on the inside
& what is it there? a pomegranate? without a reverse?
is form another way of saying that shape
requires less, or lack? Don’t wait for the snap,

the American perusal of the heart-cave,
but rather await the difference of thought (it’s a waking
without a new form, but tended by green:
I want to say it’s more like a frame, but that means
forgetting that what we hear is also a form of form).

(The formless was a living sun
convincing himself that interiors
were anything but paradogs—
but were they? really? were they?)
